Being a beginner can feel intimidating and awkward, my goal is for you to come away from this 6 week journey with the confidence to walk into any studio or class and have an understanding of all the components of a physical yoga practice.
You will learn enough technical details for postures to be safe, skilful & effective.
We will tap into the power of the breath, learning breathing techniques that help us come in touch with ourselves and instantly change how we feel.
Suitable for both beginners and non beginners who want to refine foundational aspects of their practice and set the foundation for an ever changing, ever evolving lifelong practice.
