As winter deepens, we are invited to turn inward, to rest, reflect and reconnect with our centre.

Join us in honouring the wisdom of winter, a time of not doing, but of being, through slow, somatic and embodied movement, breathwork and moments of deep rest.

Together, we'll align with the grounding, introspective energy of winter, an opportunity to listen deeply and gather insight before the final, often hardest stretch of the season.

Held at the serene Well Bath, Charlcombe, just above Larkhall, our gathering is nestled in luscious countryside, a true oasis of stillness, space and healing.

Yoga with Chelsea

Guided by Chelsea, the day will begin with a slow, somatic and embodied flow, an invitation to arrive fully into your body, to ground and to awaken inner awareness. 

This practice will open space for presence and connection, allowing you to soften into sensation and move with mindful intention. 

As the sun sets the day will close with an extremely still, candle lit yin class.

Consisting of supported seated postures held for around 5 minutes each. Focusing on keeping the mind inwards, creating space and giving time to allow for things to come up to the surface and release from the body. A deeply relaxing and meditative practice designed to nourish your nervous system, and restore mentally, physically and emotionally.

Prana Kriya with Joe

Joe will guide you through his powerful Breath and Bhajans class. This is a journey back into the deepest part of yourself. To awaken and feel into the powerful potential of your energy within. To release the past and surrender into the feeling of present moment.

Using the breath to cleanse and reset the nervous and endocrine systems. Detoxing and Clearing anything that may need releasing.

You will be laying down wrapped in a blanket, engulfed by live music and sacred chants supporting and encouraging you to excavate deeper, as you start to explore altered states of consciousness.

Lunch and Snacks

Enjoy a nourishing and flavoursome lunch, hosted by the wonderful and extremely talented Helen,

 founder of  OAK  the delicious plant based restaurant in Bath.

 

Throughout the day Helen will also offer an array of gorgeous snacks and drinks.

 

As the day comes to a close we will gather around the cosy fire to reflect and share our experiences from the day, whilst indulging in some delicious hot chocolate from Harth Hot Chocolate, a brand also owned by Helen.

You have the option to pay in full or pay a deposit of £30, with the remaining to be paid by  November 30th.

Well Bath has become a sanctuary for me over the last year.

I am beyond delighted that Joe will be teaching his beautiful breathwork class,

the experience is not easy to put into words, but I can honestly say his teachings are truly transforming my life.

 

So looking forward to this day together.

It will be a day full of connection, insight, rejuvenation and gorgeous food.
